1. General Overview

WinnerLearner is an online educational and affiliate networking platform. We provide users with access to digital video modules, assessments, and an affiliate marketing dashboard. The platform is operated by Parihari Ganesh, based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.

2. Account Registration and Pro Access

To access premium modules and the affiliate program, users must upgrade to "Active Pro" status by paying a one-time platform access fee of ₹600. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and KYC (Bank Details) process.

3. Affiliate Program and Earnings

Active Pro users are eligible to participate in our affiliate program. For every successful referral that upgrades to Pro Access using your unique referral code, you will earn a commission of ₹120. Payouts are dispatched manually to the bank account details provided in your dashboard. You are responsible for ensuring your bank details are accurate. WinnerLearner reserves the right to withhold payouts if fraudulent activity or fake referrals are detected.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided on WinnerLearner, including video modules, text, assessments, logos, and UI design, is the exclusive property of WinnerLearner. You may not download, screen-record, redistribute, or resell any premium content. Violating this will result in an immediate, permanent ban without a refund.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to spam other users, or to attempt to hack, bypass, or manipulate the payment gateway, OTP system, or referral counters.

6. Limitation of Liability

WinnerLearner provides educational content and a networking platform. We do not guarantee specific financial results or income levels. Your success depends on your own efforts.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
